| Job description: |
Required to join SGA team. • Ensure the company attraction of the required candidates; all levels and categories. • Enrich the recruitment data base for all positions • Identify and use different recruitment resources, ensuring targeting the right candidates caliber. • Conduct professional HR interviews for the candidates. • Make selection recommendation for departmental management. • Implement employment process. 1. University graduate. Post Graduate degree will be a plus 2. 2–7 years of experience in recruitment activities. Other HR activities is preferable. 3. Experience in industrial field 4. Experience in recruiting technicians 5. Excellent English and computer skills. 6. Excellent leadership skills. 7. High level of communication skills with all levels. 8. HR deploma is a must |
